sludge & suspended particles.
Evaporating plant: Multiple effects forced recirculation evaporator with single stage forced recirculation finisher to concentrate the effluent upto 65 % T.S. Husk + concentrate mixing system: The concentrate of 65% TS is mixed with husk of 12 % moisture and get a mixture of 17 % moisture which can be used as a fuel in the boiler. Alternatively you can also burn the 65 % TS concentrate in the incinerator. For Biomethnated Spent Wash Deaeration system: For the
removal of undesirable gasses.
Evaporating plant: Multiple effects forced recirculation/Falling film/Combination of both evaporating plant to concentrate the effluent upto 30 % TS which can be used as Biocomposting..

recirculation evaporator over Falling film evaporator
Forced recirculation evaporator is best suitable evaporator in comparison to falling film evaporator. Following are the features of Forced recirculation evaporator in comparison to falling film evaporator:
Distillery Spent Wash Powder Production Deaeration system: For the
removal of undesirable gasses.
This scheme is opted by FBE for the generation of spent wash powder of moisture content 10%, which can be burn into the boiler to give high calorific value.
